Premier Catering Services began serving the Ark-La-Tex in 2005 under the name Gumbo Daddy's Cafe. In 2007 we changed our name to Premier Catering in hopes to attract more catering clientele. Since that time Premier Catering has seen a steady growth in operation in several areas: oil/gas industry, corporate office events, and weddings. We have become a prominent catering company within the Ark-La-Tex area. You will see our catering trucks and trailers on the roads in North Louisiana, South Arkansas and East Texas. We have catered several movies in the Shreveport-Bossier area as well including "Soul Men", "The Great Debaters", and "Playing the field". In March 2011 we were privileged to be the exclusive caterer at the Millennium Studio's Grand Opening in Shreveport, where we served over 1,000 people.

Premier Catering Services is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our staff is always ready. Our unique set up, with an in-house production center, allows our Chef's to provide you with a fresh meal at any time of the day or any day of the week. We have experience serving 1000+ people. We can manage those small intimate parties as well as the large events because our staff has exceptional planning skills, our food and our vendors are always available, and mobile kitchens are on site early prepping and cooking your food to make your event perfect.

COOPERATIVE FLEXIBILITY

Premier Catering Services has the unique ability to provide you a myriad of menu items. Our flexibility comes from our experienced and dedicated staff and our large kitchen facilities to handle any size event. If you don't see the product on our menu, it's not because we can't or don't provide it. We have such a large variety of products we can't list them all. Our staff has its own motto: "Your Menu is Our Menu!"

YOUR MENU IS OUR MENU

At Premier Catering Services we have a menu with the standard stuff on it to help you get those creative taste buds moving, but when it comes time for you to select your meal, your menu is our menu, if you don’t see it on our menu we will be happy to make your menu with our touch. Often a tasting follows, which is your opportunity to sample our food, see our style, feel the warmth of our hospitality and test our knowledge of event logistics. We love logistics!
