Meet chef Tomela. Gumbo Daddy's Café and Premier Catering Services is now offereing chef Tomela as your personal chef. Enjoy many of the great foods that you have always enjoyed in our restaurant, plus all the home made meals that we offer. It's a deal that everyone has been asking for.

We have developed a full menu of ready-to-eat products that you can choose from. The program has a menu (Click here to download menu) that can be viewed and downloaded here for your convenience.

The program allows for you to pick up your ready-to-eat meal at our Gumbo Daddy's Café, 1801 North Market St, Shreveport, LA, 71107 at the time of your choice. It also allows for you receive your products Hot or Chilled.

How the Personal Chef Program works:

For the house:

  • Download the menu and choose the products that you are interested in.
  • Order your meal Hot or Chilled. Most entrees and all vegetables are packaged in a boil-n-bag and/or in an aluminum pan with a lid and then packaged in our cardboard catering box for easy no spill transportation. Depending on how you order it, you can take it out of the boxes and serve it or just place the bags in rolling boiling water and then serve it.
  • A great way to feed your family and friends without the hassle of cooking.
  • Three ways to order:
    • Stop by the 1801 N. Market Location and place your order in person.
    • Print the Order Form and fax it to the store.
    • Call 318-675-1869 between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm and place your order with our management team.
    • All orders must be received 24 hours in advance.
    • All orders must be pre-paid by Cash, Check or Credit Card at the time of order.

For Your Business:

  • Download the menu and choose the products that you are interested in for your business meeting or party.
  • Business meals are provided Hot. All entrees and vegetables are packaged in a boil-n-bag, in an aluminum pan with a lid and then packaged in our cardboard catering box for easy no spill transportation.
  • Hot meals are ready for you to pour into the aluminum pans or your own dishware and then serve.
  • Three ways to order:
    • Stop by the 1801 N. Market Location and place your order in person.
    • Print the Order Form and fax it to the store. You will receive a call from a representative of the Personal Chef program to confirm your order, pick up time, and to charge your credit card. You will receive a credit card receipt by fax or email.
    • Call 318-675-1869 between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm and place your order with our management team.
    • All orders must be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
    • All orders must be pre-paid by Cash, Check or Credit Card at the time of order.
