Each entree includes a family sized Garden Salad - Chopped Iceberg lettuce, shredded red cabbage, and shredded carrots topped with sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese and you choice of dressing. Ranch, Fat Free Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Red French, or Honey Mustard.

Our meat loaf is made with onions and bell peppers and seasonings. They are made by hand, fresh when you order them and braised slowly until fully cooked then smothered in brown gravy. - Pot Roast Brown Gravy
Our pot roast is seasoned with our own dry marinade and braised in stock for hours then sliced and braised once more for tenderness then smothered in brown gravy. - Chicken Fried Chicken
Our chicken fried chicken is double battered by hand in our own mild chicken batter, then deep fried to a golden brown and served with a side of peppered gravy. - Chicken Fettuccini w/ Cajun Cream Sauce - Add $5.00 to substitute Shrimp or Crawfish
Long fettuccini noodles served al dente topped with grilled chicken breast and a Cajun cream sauce that is served every year at Jazz Fest in New Orleans, La. This is also great topped shrimp or crawfish. - Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce
Long spaghetti noodles served al dente with a flavorful spaghetti meat sauce. This is a family favorite. - Corn & Crawfish Chowder
Our twist on a creamy chowder made with corn, crawfish, and potatoes. - Red Beans & Rice
Our red beans and rice is a symbolic dish of Louisiana Creole cuisine made with red beans, vegetables, spices and sausage cooked together slowly in a pot and served over white rice. - Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Our chicken and sausage gumbo consists of a strong stock, our signature roux, and vegetables including okra cooked together slowly in a pot and served over white rice.

Cubed Idaho potatoes broiled and smothered in Pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese.
