We have seen Cajun Fried turkeys at other catering places and grocery stores... These are the juiciest, best tasting turkeys I have ever eaten. The first year I decided to try one of these I called a little too late but the gentleman I spoke with told me he would take care of it. He told me he would cook it and have it ready to pick up... I really appreciated that extra mile and because of that, and of course the great turkeys, you have a loyal customer.

We sincerely appreciate all the work your crew did on our wedding (Alisha Crisler Chowns/Trey Grant Timon). The food was awsome and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. It was all beautifully presented and perfectly set up for the lines to flow smoothly and folks to get served quickly. You had everything there we needed and then some. The fruit trays were beautiful and very tasty. Your tartar sauce for the fish was heavenly. I cannot say enough about your folks that helped us. They were all very kind and most helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend your catering services to anyone wanting a taste of the good old south "fish and the trimmings". I am writing this letter to highly recommend the services of Gumbo Daddy’s. We worked with them in November 2009 for our movie "Day of the Woman." They came to our rescue in the last minute when our original caterer never showed. Gumbo Daddy’s was wonderful to work with, very reasonably priced, and the crew was very happy with their food.

When I first contacted you about catering the party, we immediately connected and you seemed to know exactly what we would need to make our dad's party special...whenever I called, you were always ready with a solution/suggestion for my latest and greatest idea."
